This privacy policy explains who we are, how we collect, share and use personal information about you when you use our website, and how you can exercise your privacy rights. This policy only relates to our website and the data that is collected from data subjects via the Website, from our customer and prospective customers and otherwise in the course of Eyeota's business operations (the "Business Data").

Eyeota is an audience technology platform. We and our partners collect and use data to ensure that the advertising you see is relevant. Our technology uses aggregated data to map information and devices together so we can create a broad picture of groups of individuals and their preferences.   • Submitting enquiries to Eyeota
  • Completing the form in the Contact Us portion of the website
  • Subscribing to marketing communications from Eyeota

How long do you keep Business Data for?

We retain Business Data for as long as we have an active relationship with our partners unless otherwise specified, or until it is deleted following a request from the subject of the data. 

When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will either delete it when it reaches a maximum storage time limit (currently 13-months after the last interaction with a data subject) or anonymize it.
