Please complete the below subject access request form to request a copy of your Platform and/or Business data from Eyeota. You can also use this form to update your contact information, delete your data, unsubscribe from Eyeota's marketing communications, or opt-out of interest-based advertising. The information you supply in this form will only be used to identify the platform and/or business data you are requesting and responding to your request.
Once you submit a subject access request form we will endeavor to respond to you within 72 hours of receipt of your request. Please allow 30 days for Eyeota to process your request. You can also email Eyeota at email@example.com with any questions or queries you have regarding your data.
California consumers may make an access or deletion request via an authorized agent by having such an agent follow the process below.
