COVID-19: Eyeota is here to support you

In the midst of the global challenges Coronavirus (COVID-19) poses for all of us, it is critical that we all focus on what is most important - the safety and health of our families, our communities and our employees, clients and partners. Eyeota has been focusing on measures to minimize all potential risk factors while maintaining the high levels of service and responsiveness you are accustomed to. 

Customer Service

Almost all of our employees are working from home until further notice. As a global company, with offices in five countries, we are already accustomed and equipped to working remotely with each other and connect easily with our clients and partners. Although we will not be meeting with you face to face, our teams will be working on your accounts without interruption. Your Eyeota contacts will continue to be available by email and phone. We will also be keeping all meeting appointments, but hosting them virtually until further notice.

Technology

There will be no disruption to data or campaign delivery. Eyeota’s operational teams are moving forward with all client requests and ongoing data management. There will also be no change in accessibility of Eyeota data in your platforms of choice. 

We are closely monitoring guidance and advice from relevant government bodies and health authorities and will continue to adjust our working practices as needed. 

Ensuring the continuity of business for our clients and partners is very important to us. We will be working together closely with you through these unprecedented times. We understand that campaign plans and strategies will be shifting quickly and we are available to support you in any way we can.
