Business Analytics Intern Singapore Business Analysis

Join our growing Analytics & Insights team as a Business Analytics Intern in our Global headquarters. In this role you will learn how to clean and organize large quantities of data to produce insights for our global team. You will be responsible for supporting data cleanup and aggregation processes. You will also assist in publishing research reports, case studies and dashboards.

Responsibilities

  • Assisting in preparing and cleaning our monthly and weekly sales data
  • Assist in creating and maintaining the client facing & internal business dashboards
  • Analyse and pull stats for insights collateral published periodically
  • Updating and maintaining the backend data for reporting dashboards for the Executive, Sales and Account Management teams
  • Supporting team requirements in pulling stats for analysis
  • Prepare reports on weekly sales numbers for internal update
  • Crunch numbers for Eyeota’s bi-annual Index Report for distribution to clients and partners
  • Completing special analytical projects as directed by manager 

Minimum Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 months’ commitment

  • Strong data and excel skills – required

You further develop the front end of Eyeota’s client facing dashboard and product catalog which aims to deliver product information and suggestions for their digital marketing needs. You will work to integrate our Tableau data tables and dashboard into our HubSpot website and customize its functionality. Since we are a lean team, you will be heavily involved in designing the user experience and collaborating with our global Marketing team as well.

Audience Specialist Intern Singapore Account Management

We are currently looking for an Audience Specialist Intern to support our fast -growing business. The candidates will be accountable for supporting the programmatic demand team, responding to incoming data requests and analysing data usage to ensure efficient use across partners. The role is to be based in Singapore.

Responsibilities:

  • Become a programmatic data expert. Understand and be able to discuss intelligently all Eyeota data sets and how they should be best used to maximise campaign efficiency.
  • Respond to incoming data requests from programmatic buyers, providing timely well thought out responses that help drive increased data usage, whilst also providing best in class client service.
  • Analysing usage data and generating ideas, which help increase data adoption.
  • Analysing data usage across strategic accounts and provide the team with actionable insights to take to market.
  • Proactively build audience data proposals for strategic accounts. Working closely with the General Manager for SEA.

Minimum Qualifications

  • BA/BSc degree or equivalent practical experience 

  • Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills 

  • Ability to effectively operate with high energy and flexibility in a fast- 
paced, constantly-evolving team environment
