Data Operations Manager / Junior Data Operations Manager Singapore Data Operations

Job Description

We are currently looking for Junior Data Operations Managers who will be accountable for driving operational and technical tasks for Eyeota’s 3rd Party Audience Data Marketplace. This role will be working with key publishers, data providers, and demand side platform partners.

This position is full-time and will be located in our headquarter office in Singapore.


Responsibilities

  • Track and manage data taxonomy updates across Demand Side Platforms (DSPs) and Data Management Platforms (DMPs)
  • Monitor platform integrations and troubleshoot discrepancies
  • Resolve operational issues by communicating effectively with internal teams and external clients
  • Liaise with data providers and publishers to continue to optimize and update mapping
  • Understand data sources, types, and classification, as well as platform integration types
  • Run reports and monitor to ensure the data is flowing in and out without any issues and operational agility
  • On-board new online publishers by providing them with pixels and assisting with implementation; troubleshoot any technical issues
  • On-board data sets from offline data providers
  • Map data points for online and offline publishers into the Eyeota taxonomy
  • Take ownership of ad-hoc projects to facilitate and improve operational flows and support senior members of the team
  • Provide feedback to tech team on product requests and improvements


Desired Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree

Data Management Intern Singapore Business Analysis

Job description

Join our growing Activation, Insights & Analytics team as a Data Management Intern in our Global headquarters. This is a unique opportunity for a self-motivated, data-driven individual to join a tech start up and contribute to our ambitious growth plan. In this role, you will help manage the aggregation and clean up of large quantities of data while assisting with market research and trends analysis. You will help ensure that our database is correctly updated and that data is correctly joined. You will have exposure to to the Research Reports, Case Studies and Dashboards that this data enables. This is a wonderful opportunity to gain exposure to business analysis and to the booming digital advertising industry.

Desired Skills and Experience

Roles & Responsibilities:      

  • Assisting in preparing and cleaning our monthly and weekly sales data
